Using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I look at what you’d like to achieve (the solution) rather than at whatever prompted you to visit me (the problem). This approach focuses on the present and future and not on the past. For example, I’ll ask you to consider your preferred future, for instance, what would be better if the problem had improved? What would have changed? This enables your possible solutions to become more obvious and gives you a goal to work towards.

HappinessHypnosis is a totally natural state of mind. When under hypnosis you will feel very relaxed, just like that wonderful feeling when you are tired lying in your bed and you are so overcome with comfort that you wish the moment could last forever. Put simply, hypnotherapy is deeply relaxing and when we’re in that state we’re more open to the power of positive thought. This technique has been used for many centuries and is a very safe technique used for many different issues.

About Your Sessions

Treatment starts with an initial consultation in which you are also be given a free hypnosis audio for relaxation. All sessions last 60 minutes.*

Anxiety/Stress/Depression States: 8-12 sessions (weekly for first 6 sessions)
Phobias: 3-4 sessions (weekly)


Initial 60 minute consultation £30.00, subsequent sessions £65.00.

*It’s advisable to allow 90 minutes for your session as I allow it extra time if needed. Please let me know in advance if you’re pressed for time and need to leave after an hour.
